Ladies waxing was good. Face waxing was okay but a fair bit of hair not removed. Prior to my appointment, was asked by the manager by telephone to come earlier to a different salon branch that ended up looking nothing like the photos/originally booked branch. Was also asked to attend earlier but when I arrived earlier, I was left waiting well beyond my originally booked time and I’m lot local. Asked for a refund which was refused.

I had a good experience having my haircut and highlighted here for the first time. Staff are friendly and welcoming and made sure that my hair was cut to how I wanted it. She further matched the highlights well and I am really pleased with the service I received today.
