I booked a restyle and blow dry, with the appointment scheduled for 50 minutes. However, the service was completed in around 20 minutes.
In my previous experience, a blow dry has included a hair wash. At this salon, my hair was simply sprayed with a water bottle before being dried at the end of the appointment. This may be standard practice for the salon, but it was not what I had expected when booking.
The salon I was directed to was located down an alleyway behind a fast-food shop. As other reviewers have mentioned, it had a very different aesthetic and atmosphere from the salon advertised.
I was disappointed with the finish and ultimately booked a blow dry at another salon afterwards, as I had anticipated a more traditional blow-dry service.
I appreciate that some of this may have been due to a misunderstanding of what was included. However, I would encourage the salon to make the service description clearer and to advertise the expected appointment length more accurately, as this would help manage customer expectations and avoid disappointment.

Normally have a good experience but this time there was a double booking, however they offered a complimentary service which was nice. Haircut was ok however cut a lot shorter than I asked for
