I booked this as a birthday gift for my mum, and was disappointed when she came back from her appointment stating they didn’t know she way even coming or had anything prepared for the prebook appointment. They then asked her to wait so they can set up. The lady began doing the wrong treatment. My mum had a nice time but was unnecessarily stressed even though this was pre-booked a bit ago.

Woke up with a frozen shoulder this morning. I was able to book a same day appointment and it has made a world of difference. I was also offered hot stones and I can not recommend this enough. Will definitely book again and for other services. Thank you to both the lovely ladies who were in the salon this evening.

Best lashes ever. Done EXCEPTIONALLY well. no fumes.
Not the smoothest waxing session; wax was so soft and stretchy it was causing more pain than necessary. Other than all that lovely technicians great communication and willing help best they can.
