Terrible service and will not be coming back! I had a 3pm and when I arrived my nail tech wasn’t there yet and had to wait 10 minutes for Alda to arrive. I had spoken to the manager and explained I wanted French nails with chrome which she said was fine. Alda was rushing through filing my nails off and kept slipping with the file. I ended up with French nails and no chrome which I was upset about and instead of apologising Alda told me that there was no time! The French tips were messy and lumpy
