Fourth time I came here. Usually it’s great, I love how my nails look, the staff are nice and I’m in and out in an hour. This time it was 55 minutes before the first colour was put on a nail. I had to ask if someone could take over and luckily the manager was around to facilitate that. Helen (who did my nails) was so sweet but it was obvious she was very inexperienced. This review asked me to rate Rahil and I’m not sure who that is so I’ve just put five stars!

I booked my appointment for 5:30, but when I got the the salon I was told I’d booked for 5:50. Despite showing them the Treatwell confirmation email that it was booked for 5:30, they insisted it was 5:50. I asked if they had changed the appointment time on their end and they said that wasn’t possible, but I believe it is because I’ve had other technicians do this (when asking me first). I know 20 mins isn’t a lot but I left work early to get there and then I was late to my other evening plans
