I was running late and the salon was very accommodating with moving my appointment at such late notice.
This was my second visit to this salon. At the first, my nails were filed down too much - so much so they burned. However, they looked so good I came back. With my second visit, the therapist said I needed to get BIAB to resolve my thin. Nails weren’t as neat / even as first time with Zahra.

This was my third time visiting this salon. My therapist spent time and care doing my cuticle work and matching up my nail length - my nails look good; they are neat.
However, since I’ve been coming here, my nails have been burning with the filing which I’ve not experienced at any other salons. This lead to having to get BIAB on my second visit last month. I’ll be having a break from nails now to help them recover, which is a shame.
