I think it's probably the worse facial I have ever had. Very rough, I have more blackheads now than when I went it. No skin analysis was done prior to the facial as advertised. It was advertised as being 1 hr long but I was told it would be 40minutes. Made an appointment the day before online it was confirmed and when I got there no one was expecting me or knew I made an appointment. Everything felt rush. It was very stressful during the facial because it was so rough I got product in my eye.

First i had appointment with Naomi but i came and the lady on the desk said that she will take me. Second i needed to tell 3 times what i want and the lady just puff how rude... I have noticed that there were few small hairs that need to be removed but again i heard that she cant to do it because its too short (why she did not use tweezers?) if i need to come back home and do all the small bits by myself why would i pay £6?! and in the end i asked her to take a little bit more hair and ive heard that she wont do it as i will look not good. Really bad experience. If i could i would request refund

Very clean salon, all staff there professional and friendly. Naomi looked after me. Naomi was very professional and understanding. She took the time to deliver a high level of service. Technique and attention to detail was best I have experienced. I appreciated her suggestions for other treatments based on what I was wanting. Highly rated salon, can’t recommend enough. Very disappointed with the whole experience. My appointment was changed from my original booked time because of a double booking and then on arrival was told my appointment couldn't start when it should have because they had other customers they were still looking after. The pedicure was not good, the foot bath machine was not working and there was lots of confusion over what polish I could have because I wasn't having shellac, when I made my choice I was told the bottle was off and lumpy and had to choose another, the colour selection was not great and they ran out of time meaning I only had one coat of polish. I was offered a drink and then they forgot to bring it, when it eventually came there was nowhere to put it down.
The bikini wax was in a dirty treatment room with a sticky floor and the hot wax treatment meant for sensitive skin was painful and left me bloodied.
On top of this there was an unhappy customer shouting and complaining which provided a stressful atmosphere and not at all the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
