Worst experience ever
I booked for mani & pedi for £22 for 40 minutes
The whole time she kept leaving me to go serve other walk in clients
After 2.5 hours i left with half finished toes and no manicure
At the end she charged me £28 and when i showed her the booking from treatwell she was just looking at me with no response
I paid it and I totally regret it
I should have refused
The result no manicure half finished pedicure 2.5hours of my life wasted and tricked out of my money

I came in to Bhavi Wednesday 26th after booking online the day before.. when I went into the shop they had no record of me booking so I had to wait for that to be sorted. I then had a different person doing my lashes to what I was told online when booking. Usually my cluster lashes last me nearly 2 weeks.. my lashes from Bhavi lasted less than 48 hours! Very poor quality lashes. Very disappointed as I will now have to pay again else where to have my lashes done.
