Staff was so unhappy that I booked at 6:30. Wasn't welcoming at all. Furthermore, they charged 20 instead of 15 even though it was written in treatwell.

Had a lovely treatment that went over my allocated time which was a nice bonus although I'd have appreciated dimmed lights for relaxation and for the staff kitchenette to be in a back room and not in full view in the treatment area

I had really sore eyes after this, I have never ever had eyelash extensions where I’m told to keep my eyes open whilst the lashes are applied! Nor had I ever had someone blowing (with their mouth) directly into my eyes (whilst open) to dry the glue. Not sure if my eyes were sore from the glue or the blowing but won’t be going back. Eyes were streaming throughout.
