Shape not equal and forgot the end of the eyebrow so one looks shorter than the other

The service here is quite chaotic and unprofessional. I came for a eyebrow shape and eyelash tint overall I was happy with the result but wouldn’t recommend the salon. The beautician did not remove my make up prior, nor did she discuss the desired result i.e colour or shape. Whilst taking the dye from my lashes a lot went in my eyes which wasn’t very pleasant! The place is cheap and cheerful ok as a last resort!
