I went for a full hands and under arm wax. Although the staff member was a lovely person, she seemed to be in a hurry. I was surprised as There was no queue even on a saturday and still the hurry. The hair was pulled superficially instead of roots, I came feeling sore and hair grew back in two days . Was sadly a waste of time and money. Won't go back!!

The person I have each time (B) is the most friendly person and she is really good and the person to go she will cheer you up recommend any time.
Friendly staff who make you feel welcome, do their best to make you visit a pleasant experience and provide you with excellent service. Special thanks go to Louise and Becky who listen to what I want and help me make my choice out of the amazing amount of colours and types of nail coverings! I always come away pleased with their work.

I requested for my cuticles & surrounding hard skin areas to be removed. I feel this wasn't done enough to prevent mine from looking unsightly.

After I had a very nice pedicure I decided to have my eye brows shaped. It was annoying that a customer came in &
stood by myself & a member of staff whilst she was shaping my eye brows. I do feel that the member of staff should
have politely told her to sit down in the waiting areas. (dignity & respect not adhered to!)
