The salon was nice, but the service was very poor. They used a used, dirty and blunt nail file and the nail varnish was applied poorly, so my nails look grown out when they’ve just been done. I was also told I was late by three minutes, at 17:23, when my appointment didn’t start for another two minutes. The lady then spent a good ten minutes looking for the colour I’d selected.

Absolutely hopeless lack of organisation I had my booking confirmed for 3pm. Another lady was also there waiting yet no sign of therapist and no receptionist Eventually she came out. We were doubled booked and blamed issues with trestwell. At 3.16 got email changing my time to 4.15pm! Other lady left after having frustrating calls with manager on phone. My wax got done, therapist was good but was shaky after drama with bookings Sadly I was giving it a last chance as i had issues last time also

The reception was warm and the beauty technician was kind. However, I don’t think I will return as I wasn’t fully satisfied.The gel removal was a bit painful, and when I looked closely at home the finish appeared patchy.
