Absolutely hopeless lack of organisation I had my booking confirmed for 3pm. Another lady was also there waiting yet no sign of therapist and no receptionist Eventually she came out. We were doubled booked and blamed issues with trestwell. At 3.16 got email changing my time to 4.15pm! Other lady left after having frustrating calls with manager on phone. My wax got done, therapist was good but was shaky after drama with bookings Sadly I was giving it a last chance as i had issues last time also

The reception was warm and the beauty technician was kind. However, I don’t think I will return as I wasn’t fully satisfied.The gel removal was a bit painful, and when I looked closely at home the finish appeared patchy.

Ellie was very attentive and has done a great job. Just the right amount of chat while allowing the ambiance of the salon and calmness to soak in. Only downside is the stool you have to put your feet on, the positioning is very uncomfortable.
