Abbie was the only therapist in the salon so sent me to the massage room alone while finishing nails but finished late so my massage was cut short. No music until alexa was asked to play, not relaxing. Told heat was on but it wasn't so i did it myself, but it was cold through the treatment as it got turned on too late. The massage wasn't the best, it felt like a lot of time was spent on my sides and in my armpits and some parts were painful and felt rushed. I'll probably go elsewhere now.
