Miriam was lovely & chatty when she was around. However it was Ella’s first day so I’m not sure if it was first day nerves but at times it was very awkward, limited conversation, & made me feel like I was putting her out a bit. I asked for a new nail design that they offered but they didn’t have enough of the base colour. I said a few times I was happy to change the colour but was ignored. In different lights you can see this. My toe nail length was left really long too so I’ve already cut them

Loved my treatment! Abbie is so nice, friendly and chatty. Very comfortable treatment room, small but nice and relaxing. Abbie made sure I was 100% happy with how my brows looked before I left. 10/10 would definitely recommend 😊
