Archi was lovely and very friendly. The salon itself was fairly messy. I was heavily involved with the waxing, I had wax on my hands. Not all hair was removed and the wax got stuck in certain areas. Pedicure was great, manicure was rushed & scruffy.

I’m sorry to leave this review, but the experience was awful. I booked waxing before a holiday, and the therapist seemed extremely uncomfortable doing a Hollywood wax—so much so, she made me hold parts of myself, saying she couldn’t do it otherwise. I left with bleeding, wax on my nails, and patchy results on both bikini and legs. I’ve had this treatment many times elsewhere with no issues. They should honestly remove it from their services.
