I am very disappointed.
the salon was empty on Saturday morning, not a good signal.
there was no music or good atmosphere
the lady was on her phone, seated with her legs on a footstool like she was at home.
the door was not opening easily, May need to be repaired.
the was a trash bag by the door!
she asked me my name and said outloud how much I paid in fron of another guy who just came in after me.
she made me seat and the whole situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

First of all Afsheen didn't even know I had an appointment when I first walked in that I booked at least a month ago - she then refused my appointment due to being on my period and wouldn't give me a refund as I was only allowed to 'reschedule'. I told her that I was going on holiday today and I didn't need to reschedule and she still refused. I then luckily went to a different wax lady - Klaudia who I highly recommend - and she told me it was not an issue at all

Really happy with my lashes and brows. Went for the Classics and they look amazing. Thank you to Afsheen who was professional and friendly. Salon was lovely, clean and fresh. Will definitely be going back.
