Chelsea is fantastic and offers excellent services at affordable prices. My lashes look great and are just what I wanted. Chelsea has a way of being able to intuit clients' needs though is also attentive when you state what you want.
There was a special offer on models for aesthetics so I also got my lips done for a great price. Chelsea listened to me when I said I didn't want a trout-pout, and so far people have complimented me that I look amazing but even my gobby mates haven't noticed!
