There's a friendly atmosphere at the venue, all of the staff are very pleasant.
I'd asked if Chelsea did eyebrows, she doesn't but arranged for the person who does to be there so I could have those done as well
I haven't had a lash lift and tint before but all my questions were answered and the process explained
I would definitely go back again
