I like the friendly, calm atmosphere in the salon and the team clearly all get on together & have a laugh.
Given it’s sometimes hard to get an appointment, it shows how popular it is - I know I’m going to a good local salon.
I always leave with a good quality cut and I’m always happy with it, even though I don’t always know what I want in advance! Beth gives me the options and we decide together.
