I booked balayage with Jade, yet she did highlight, if a hairdresser doesn't know the difference between them then who should?! Also, she left my hair frequently to do other stuff resulting in treating part of my hair before the other parts and washed my hair in two separate steps. This all results in elongated my appointment time to 5 hours instead of 2 hours and a half. I don't recommend Jade at all and I will never book her again.
