Overall good treatment but had to ask for the back to be waxed for a hollywood. This cost me an extra £5. For me, a hollywood should include everything. However still only £28 which is cheaper than most places.

I have visited this salon four times now for removal and reapplication of shellac. They actually use acetone, foil and cotton wool to remove, not just dunking your nails in very hot acetone mix like other salons in the same area that ruined my nails. The polish is also actually shellac and not some cheap version. I would consider it therefore good value for money, but cleanliness and ambience only slightly lacking. Staff are always polite and friendly.

The salon was not quite as I'd expected, it didn't feel particularly indulgent or relaxing, unfortunately, but felt more low-value and unclean. I felt like the waxing treatment was rushed and not very thorough, and although I said I'd be happy to go for a higher level of waxing (more hair off), the therapist didn't seem to listen. I wouldn't particularly recommend this salon in a hurry.

They were not aware of my booking but managed to fit me in. The staff member providing the service said hot wax was pointless. She wasnt careful where it went and I've had this wax at other places in Reading and this was the most painful as the technique wasnt as good as other venues.
