I had thr LVL lash treatment but my lashes look the same as pre treatment. It’s just like throwing money down the drain.

Staff member who greeted me was Less than friendly, was sat down in a chair by a dirty and cluttered workstation and told to lean my head back in a very uncomfortable position.
Eyelash extension application was appalling, the technician kept gluing my upper lashes to my lower lash and tried to unstick them by prodding tweezers around in my eye!! Very painful. The lady also managed to get the glue in my eyebrow and on my face, both of hoch have proved difficult to get out. The actual eyelash extensions were applied in about 15/20 minutes despite the website saying they would take half an hour. The glue was far too thick and the lashes are not well spaced along the eye and some are stuck to the lid rather than my natural lashes.
For the price (£15) the lashes aren’t terrible, however the experience was not enjoyable and I believe that the technician had not had adequate training.

Staff were really nice. The atmosphere could be nicer, as the door was open so there was lots of street noise. The treatment was really good though and I would go back.
