Absolutely awful service. I went for a hot wax as I explained to the beautician I have very sensitive skin. The wax was applied too thickly, it then became stuck to my skin, the lady tried to tear it off in shards, taking a considerable amount of skin with it. She then applied another layer of wax on top of the wax that didn't come off, again this did not work. The outcome was multiple long and obvious hairs left, wax stuck to the skin, red raw and bleeding skin, sensitive and painful skin for the following 36 hours.
