Badly done shellac manicure, rude service asking me to “hurry up” when deciding on the nails. Asked for little dots on the nails and wasn’t informed of the additional cost, was asked to pay more afterwards.

I had booked at the Victoria salon and 15min before my appointment they called and had to change me to come to Westminster salon. It was very unprofessional because it was very last minute and also my appointment was at 11 and when they changed it to the other location they changed it to 11:30 which meant that i had to wait there. Then they also started treatment at 11:45. So my treatment was not only changed to another location but also delayed by 45 minutes.
