Excellent treatment. The technician did not introduce themselves or welcome me or talk me through the treatment at all. The technicians all spoke to one another in Chinese throughout (I do not speak any Chinese) with no acknowledgement to me or the other customers. However, the manicure was excellent and I was not too put off by the lack of customer service so I’d return for another manicure.
