Pretty standard service. Gel removal could be cheaper (£12) or at least include some treatement, i.e. cuticle care, soaking etc.

They called me twice to change my booking time and I still waited for 20 min to be called. Massage was ok but I felt it was all rushed because it was Friday night and was told in the end that I should come back earlier in the week as it isn't too busy. Yep, don't think I will be coming back...
