I attended the salon about a year ago for LVL lashes (which weren’t great!) but needed a last minute slot for my nails to be done before holiday and thought I’d give it another go
Unfortunately they had overbooked so I had to wait quite a while (15/20 mins) for my appointment as no-one was free. During my acrylics, there was a disputed going on between a British and an Asian member of staff, which made myself and noticeably other customers feel really uncomfortable.
The treatment was last minute so I didn’t mind, and was initially fairly happy with my acrylics and pedicure (except that all they did was paint my toe nails - so if you want a real pedicure then book the more expensive treatment!!) .... HOWEVER my nails didn’t even last a week on holiday! I went on a beach holiday, and within 2 days the varnish was tacky (almost as if it was melting?!) and after a week they had chipped halfway down the nail, despite the fact that all I did was lie on a sunbed all week with no physical activity! Definitely would not come again!!
