Not all of my polish was removed. Didn’t cut or shape my nails after and charged extra to do so. When it was shaped it was done poorly.

Quite disappointed as I was barely welcomed when I arrived, had to wait more than 30 min even though I had a booking.
Positive note: the salon is clean
But the service could really be improved.
