From the beginning I was made to feel uncomfortable and that I was making the wrong decisions in regards to what I wanted on my body.
I was argued with, when I raised that the wax was too hot and burning me. And was made to feel invalid.
I left half way through, and was given no privacy to get dressed again, while she still tried to argue that I wanted to go. She also only wore one glove and i didn’t see her wash her hands prior, a major red flag from the start

First time going to this salon. The lady who did my nails was attentive, gentle and overall just really good at her work. However, when I entered the salon and told them I booked the appointment last minute (because you get a discount if you do), I was met with hostility from what looks like the “manager”, almost as if I was an inconvenience being there.. I just don’t understand why you would allow a last minute booking on treatwell if this causes you so much hassle when we show up?
