Rushed service (quickest and worst wax I’ve had- literally rushed out of the room afterwards), left so many hairs behind that i had to shave immediately afterwards, left so much wax on my skin at the end that some areas felt sealed shut. Ridiculous considering it’s the most expensive wax I’ve had as well.

Didn't listen to my instructions and made my eyebrows too thin, also scratched my eyelid pretty badly. Unfortunate experience because it's been great before.

I had a massage and body scrub with Minni yesterday who also happens to be the salon owner. She was highly attentive and has a lot of experience which made the massage all that much more effective. Highly recommend her. The massage room was also very clean including the table covers etc
