The lady who did my waxing was really lovely, so even though my appointment was 20 minutes late I didn't mind that much. The treatment itself though was painful as she used strip waxing on top instead of hot wax. I reacted badly to the strip wax and was sore until the next day. I didn't realise that she was going to do this and when I asked her why she said so she can keep the prices down. If the website had stated that the brazilian waxing would be a combination of strip and hot wax instead of just hot I would have gone somewhere else.

The manicure was thorough and enjoyable. No bleeding cuticles, like others I have had in the past! The treatment rooms are at the back of a clothes shop, so it's nice to have a little browse on your way out :)
