Not the best waxing experience I have ever had. The lady who did it though was lovely and chatty but the place felt dirty and not up to scratch. I will most likely not come back and pay full price for my treatment.

Sofia was excellent. She asked me my problem pints and made sure they were addressed. She was knowledgeable, thorough and a lovely person to chat to during the treatment too - which I normally don't like to do - but she was exceptional!

The lady who did my waxing was really lovely, so even though my appointment was 20 minutes late I didn't mind that much. The treatment itself though was painful as she used strip waxing on top instead of hot wax. I reacted badly to the strip wax and was sore until the next day. I didn't realise that she was going to do this and when I asked her why she said so she can keep the prices down. If the website had stated that the brazilian waxing would be a combination of strip and hot wax instead of just hot I would have gone somewhere else.
