Having had several Hollywood wax over the years, although never a nice experience, this was by far the most painful and unpleasant waxing experience I have ever had. I have ended up with bruises and red burn patches on the area. I mentioned on several occasions I felt the wax was too hot and was told it's hard to tell the temperature! I also did not appreciate the therapist leaving the room to deal with a query at reception while I had was on my bits... When I mentioned this, I was told, but I had to let it cool anyway....as if that makes it alright. Never again will I visit here.
