I purchased a massage voucher for my partner. It was meant to be a 45 minute massage however he received a 30 minute massage and was told to "rest" for the remaining 15 minutes while she left the room. Extremely disappointed. I didn't pay for him to "rest" which is something he could do for free, at home.

Nice pedicure, feet were much softer and neater afterwards, and the therapist was attentive. A relatively basic set up with no pedicure-massage chairs with footwells, she used a normal chair and portable footwell instead. But I was pleased with the result.
