I was very disappointed with this service and would not recommend.
I have used a number of waxing salons through the Treatwell app and they've all been great.
Firstly, when I arrived although the staff were very friendly and polite it was very unprofessional and poorly organised as I waited nearly 30 minutes for my appointment. I was then rushed into my appointment and although I had paid extra for hot wax the therapist started using strip wax at first which was really painful (I still have purple bruising now.) I requested that she changed the wax to the right one and she did. However, the wax was pulled off really slowly and it was a really uncomfortable experience. I usually don't flinch but I was in a lot of pain perhaps due to her nervousness and inexperience.
The staff are sweet and they do try their best but this was far from a quick and painless experience.
