The manicurist was lovely but my manicure was poor. There is a very limited selection of colours and I left with lumpy and untidy gel. They are already starting to peel as the gel covered some of my cuticles.
I wouldn't go back.

Treatment was fine. I arrived for my appointment on time (actually 5 mins before my appointment) and I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. Staff didn't really seem to care and just said "oh Saturdays are always busy". Felt like the lady at the front should have acknowledged me and maybe apologised rather than just ignoring me. 15 minutes into my wait I asked if I was going to be seen to soon and she just said "she will be done soon". And just to point out the lady was not the one to acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting for so long, it was me... I was really really shocked and even the girls sitting next to me getting a pedicure gave me a look of surprise! Won't be coming here again... really wasn't a great/comforting experience.

Friendly staff, but I wasn't happy with my treatment. Didn't realized it at the salon, but when I came home I noticed that there was still lots of hair not removed on the treatment area. Had to finish it myself with cold wax strips at home.
