the staff where lovely but the issue was that the waxing job as TERRIBLE- first the wax was way too hot(actually hurt when applied) , I mentioned it and she said that was normal. Second, it was one of the most painful wax I’ve ever had ( have had many Hollywood wax experiences this one might be on my top 3 most painful). Third , after leaving I was not given any cream to remove any extra wax etc .. I then realised that there was a section that still had wax on it with hair , and it was all clumped up ! I had to remove it with baby oil myself !!!!
