Sadly, this was the worst and most painful waxing experience I've ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen and there was no ambience to start with. In terms of the wax itself, the wax wasn't at the right temperature so when it was applied it wouldn't come off, the therapist was very anxious, said she hated waxing and didn't understand why I would go for a wax, she tried to pick the wax off and got stressed, which made me anxious. This went on for 45 minutes - absolute torture. Having waxed for 10 years, I don't find it to be painful normally. However, never have I had a worse experience.
