The lady who did my manicure was very nice, but the actual manicure was poor, the edges were still rough and my nails were different shapes. There was no cuticle work or hand massage, which I would expect for the price. I reshaped my nails when I got home.

The end result was good although the experience wasn’t great. The treatment room is very small and it’s a bit uncomfortable having your pedicure done a meter away from another customer waiting for their treatment. There was no background music which might have helped with the awkwardness. Also, I’m not sure how clean the equipment was, it looked like most of it was reused and potentially not thoroughly cleaned. The two ladies who were working were nice, and they did a good job, but I personally wouldn’t return as I felt uncomfortable and wasn’t sure about the cleanliness of the equipment.
