The ladies were sweet enough but the standard of treatments were appalling. I had fluff on my nail and the staff member painted over it and said it would be fine and I had to ask her twice if she could redo it. To take gels off my friends toes was an awful experience, it took 45 minutes, red raw nails and half of it still left on. We skipped the gel nails and just asked for a paint to get out more quickly!

Not as through a wax as ive had other places as did find quite a few missed patched later on - but the beautician was great and it was very quick and painless.
