My visit itself was fine, the staff lovely, it wasn't too long. Unfortunately the gel polish wasn't that great. It was patchy, and probably needed another coat, I had to prompt a few times for touch ups but when I left - realised it probably needed it everywhere. The edges were not neat either and it's chipped loads in a week, I've considered having it removed already.
