Cute and tucked away, Bella’s salon has a couple of nail stations at the front and then a treatment room at the back. Always quiet and feels intimate. I’ve been getting hot wax Hollywoods at different venues across London for a long time now; I’m not sure what hot wax is used here at Bella’s but I do find it’s not the least painful I’ve had! Does the trick though and friendly staff make the experience better.

Shutters are pulled down making it look like they’re not in when they are. Underarm wax and leg was alright, Hollywood wasn’t that thorough. She’d said it was fully done, when I got home, found it wasn’t.

Although the treatment (body exfoliation) has done what it said on the tin, the overall experience was not very relaxing. There was a loud sound of cars from outside the whole time and I was left alone in the room for 10 minutes for the treatment to work with only this to listen to (some music playing in the room may have helped). The therapist was nice but I felt that she made the treatment feel rushed overall and at times seemed to be fumbling through. I don’t think the treatment was worth the cost for which I would have expected more of a relaxing ‘spa’ like treatment.
