Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this salon as I had such a poor experience with them. Having booked my appointment for 11.30, I did not see a member of staff until 11.50. I was then told I would be seen in 5 minutes. I would have liked to have been able to ask how long the wait would be after this, however having not seen another member of staff by 12.25 I left the salon. Complete waste of a Saturday morning, and an unacceptable way to treat clients. I would advise the salon not to accept appointments if they are unable to honour them.
