They were behind schedule by 45 minutes. And my nails were not done properly, uneven nail polish and a few days after the gel cracked and seemed to take my nail with it. Lovely bubbly ladies but maybe need better supervision at the store in terms of sticking to appointment times and level of professionalism.

The lady doing the waxing and massage was lovely and very caring. The treatments were great and I felt very happy throughout. After the massage I left feeling very chilled and happy.

Been going to Bella’s salon every four weeks for a wax for over a year. Amazing value for money, always so speedy, I am in and out in 20 minutes! Staff are lovely and we always have a good giggle during my appointment. As painfree as a intimate wax can be! I have been to many different salons over the years and I have never stuck with the same place for this long. Great staff, great price and an even greater service.
