Had a different therapist and there was no air con in the room so the wax was too hot and hard to cool down. She had to bring a fan in but it was still painful and hair was missed

Wax very painful, therapist very friendly but not sure that she was well trained. Scratched me every time with her nails when trying to get a grip on the wax and seemed to be applied too thick which made removal very painful.
