Left wax all over my face and also made me bleed from the roughness of the waxing - kept using the same waxing strip 4/5 times on, and left the wax on so long to the point it’s burned above my eyebrows. Will not be returning.

This was my first time at this Salon and I sadly won’t be coming back. I arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait out on the street as the salon door was locked. When the woman let me in she says they are running late. Someone came in after me for a later appointment at 5pm. Which only allowed 10 minutes for my wax which seemed way too short - no wonder she was running late. The wax was painful and the woman removes each hot wax strip in 4 stages rather than one swift pull. I came away with wax over my top and all over my bikini line. When I got home I realised she had missed lots of patches of hair. Overall it was painful, rushed and a bad job - definitely worth paying the extra £5 to go somewhere better. Sorry.
