I went to Bellalous for a balayage (my first ever) and cut, purely based on the great reviews I'd read. I had high expectations but they were surpassed! Louise really understood exactly what I wanted and then did exactly that and actually my hair look better than I thought it could. I have received so many compliments since and for the first time in my life, love the way my hair looks and think it looks enviable! I won't be looking elsewhere for future balayages.
