She was very nice and lovely, and the entire process was pleasant, but the highlights were just not what I wanted. I expected the blonde highlights to be much more natural looking and subtle. Maybe it was my fault for not communicating clearly what I wanted. Overall, I was happy with the experience, but just not with the result.

I only ever have a trim so don't expect much. Louisa was very nice and I have no issues with the trim. I just don't expect to wait over half an hour for my appointment especially as I was barely acknowledged, no apology, and not even offered a cup of tea/ glass of water in the long wait! I appreciate she was very busy but perhaps best to squeeze less customers into the diary. And the bin liner of rubbish sitting in full view of customers I thought was a bit slack (but I may not have noticed this if I hadn't been waiting so long!)

Really good balayage treatment at Ballalou's. I went in quite late and the hair dresser, Louisa, was amazing. At first I wasn't sure about the colour, but it developed so well. Louisa really understands Asian hair and how to style and colour it. A few months now since I got my balayage, and it still looks awesome!!!?
Balayage and cut were exactly how I asked, and great blow dry too!

I booked an ombre but in the end I needed a balyage. Louise very kindly went on to do the balyage without extra charge and she did a really great job.
My hair is looking amazing and very natural, I'll definitely be back for more in a month or so. I'd recommend it to my friends, Louise is really a pro for colour! Thanks!!
