Nails look ok-ish but I am pretty sure I’ll have to go somewhere else in less than 3 weeks to have them done again. Some spaces where not filled and they look thick. The people are nice and polite but the guy wasn’t properly trained. The venue was a bit dirty. I am not coming back to this place.

Sorry but did not enjoy my Hollywood wax. The staff are all nice which is the only positive but the cleanliness of the place is lacking. I booked a Hollywood hot wax and the woman who did the wax left a lot of wax residue on me at the end, also she switched to strip wax midway and did not do a great job. She also used the same strip for the entire remaining work. In the middle of my wax a male staff member knocked on the door and the lady opened the door - I was speechless. What happened to client privacy? He wanted to tell her a client wanted to tip her, surely this could have waited or he could have taken the tip for her and given to her afterwards? She made a comment how nice someone tipped her, I’m glad that customer liked her service but really unprofessional to be talking about that with another client as if she was subtly dropping hints for me to tip when done. I have been to many no frills waxes before but this place is by far the worst especially given the price charged. I will not be returning and I did not leave her a tip.

I’m so happy with gel manicure and the service provided at Bella’s. Don’t be deceived by the modest appearance of the store the service is great. In terms of value for money you get cuticles done,buffing etc and a little hand massage at the end. Really happy with colour and finish of my manicure. Will definitely go again.
