You get what you pay for experience wise, isn’t a beautiful salon, my treatment took like 25 mins and was pretty rushed so wasn’t a ‘relaxing salon visit’ HOWEVER, if you’re looking for a cheap manicure that is actually brilliant then this is great. Staff were nice, manicure looks great, just don’t get a lovely pampering experience

I went back because the previous treatment done by a different staff, who’s name unfortunately I forgot, was very good
However this time my treatment was done by Raj and fair to say it was a waste of time and money, my lashes instead of being lifted and curled were more straighten or bent at the very top looking like burnt
Overall very disappointed and curious is someone will contact me after this feedback...

I was incredibly disappointed with the experience given the number of high ratings. I waited for more than 30 minutes and was there for 2hours in total for a treatment that should take an hour. At the end of the sns my nails were uneven and looked very unprofessional. I told her and she filed them and put shellac on top which helped but they still look uneven and unprofessional, not what I’d expect at all
